I’m a veterinary surgeon with over 40 years’ experience in clinical practice, having previously owned and run Victoria Vets. After many years in busy practice ownership, I founded Down the Vets as a small, personal, home-based veterinary service bringing experienced care directly to local owners in Buxton and Chapel-en-le-Frith.
My aim is simple:
to offer sensible, compassionate veterinary care, based on experience, delivered calmly in your own home.
I take the time to listen properly, examine thoroughly, and explain everything clearly, so that owners feel informed and confident about the decisions made for their animals.
